1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PetMatcha ("Service"), operated by Tywo LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using PetMatcha, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PetMatcha is a pet matching platform that allows pet owners to create profiles for their pets, discover other pets, and connect with other pet owners through swiping, matching, and messaging. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PetMatcha. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account credentials secure.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their pets
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Use the Service to spam, advertise, or solicit
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (pet photos, descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant Tywo LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. The PetMatcha name, logo, and all related branding are owned by Tywo LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

PetMatcha may offer paid features or subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the applicable payment terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR FOR MEETUPS ARRANGED THROUGH THE SERVICE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYWO LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tywo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tywo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
